  为什么子宫内膜免疫检测如此重要?

  子宫内膜中的免疫细胞(如NK细胞、巨噬细胞、T细胞等)就像“土壤的守护者”,通过调控免疫平衡,促进血管形成和滋养层侵袭等,直接影响胚胎着床和发育。

  然而这些免疫细胞在子宫内膜中过多或过少,均可影响局部的免疫微环境平衡,导致“土壤”过于肥沃或者贫瘠,从而诱发移植失败或反复流产。但传统评估方法(如超声、病理染色及血液检测)主观性强、准确性低,难以精准反应子宫局部的免疫状态。

  全国首创!数字化免疫分析平台“破局”

  深圳中山妇产医院历时十余年,建立国内首个子宫内膜免疫细胞数字化分析平台,数字化检测让子宫内膜免疫的问题一目了然,为治疗提供精准方向。

  从检测到精准实现三大突破:

  1.测得准

  (1) 筛选4大类免疫细胞、7项关键指标(如CD56+NK细胞、CD68+巨噬细胞、CD8+T细胞,Foxp3+调节性T细胞等),首次绘制子宫内膜免疫细胞全景图谱。

  (2) 引进AI全景定量系统,从人工计数升级为全切片数字化分析,人员分析准确性及一致率可达90%以上,报告周期从3周缩短至1周。
